About Us
It all started in 1979 with one Hot Dog Cart. A few years later that one cart grew into 6 carts parked all around Capital Park in Albany. It was also the first cart at the SUNY Campus!
The year 1990 saw the launch of the Food Truck. Purchased in Florida, it was driven up to New York State to its current home in Albany. This business, owned and operated by Larry Plesser, and managed by Lynn Coughlin has had a presence Monday – Friday near the State Capital for the past 42 years!
Times Square Catering can also be found at festivals and events in Albany and the surrounding areas.
